


Montgomery ISD – Oak Hills Junior High School & Keenan Elementary School
Montgomery ISD’s Oak Hills Middle School & Keenan Elementary School were built concurrently. The 214,182 SF, two-story middle school and 96,000 SF, single story elementary school are located on a common site. The 64 acre site is located on sloping terrain which required vertical modifications of existing elevations by 18’ to properly situate the building structures and site appurtenances. In addition to the building structures, the scope of work includes a football field, running track, field events, practice athletic fields, concession stands, site paving and detention pond. The building construction elements include a structurally suspended slab, Class A steel framing, masonry load bearing walls, exterior masonry veneer and standing seem metal roofing.
