Earl PitchfordEarl W. Pitchford – Chairman of the Board 
Earl purchased the company from J.L. Drymalla in 1979 and remains the owner today. He has worked tirelessly to maintain the reputation for quality that he helped Mr. Drymalla build. He is a hands-on owner that is completely involved in all facets of the day to day operations. He assists as needed in estimating, project management, business administration or human resources. He particularly enjoys building and nurturing client relationships and is always accessible to Drymalla’s customers.

Charles LabayCharles Labay – Vice President, Field Operations
After graduating from Texas A&M University, Charles began his career in construction with Drymalla in 1971 as a project superintendent. In 1985 Charles was named a Vice President and accepted responsibility for all Field Operations. Charles conducts regular project site inspections, insuring that all projects are properly staffed and managed. He also assists project personnel in construction challenge resolution. Drymalla’s Safety Director and Environmental Manager report directly to Charles.

Rusty KlausRusty Klaus – President/Chief Executive Officer
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Rusty began his career at Drymalla in 1980 as a project superintendent. In 1994, he made a lateral move to estimator/project manager. In the years that followed he became chief estimator, then was named a Vice President in 2006. He is involved in all projects – assists estimators on bid day for CSP projects; reviews budgets and GMPs on CMAR and negotiated projects. Rusty also consults with and advises project managers with respect to project management decisions.
